This is a letter from bank showing current balance amount in a bank account.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN BANK BALANCE?

No. The bank balance should be in the name of your sponsor.

HOW MUCH AMOUNT SHOULD BE THERE IN MY SPONSOR'S ACCOUNT?

There should be amount enough to cover your expenses.

WHEN DO I NEED BANK BALANCE CERTIFICATE?

You will need bank balance certificate at the time of getting admission to the universtiy and when you are applying for visa.

VALIDITY OF BANK BALANCE CERTIFICATE?

There is no such rule. But you have to show most recent bank balance certificate.
