If you wish to change your test date, you must inform British Council at least five weeks before the test that you have registered for. They charge a reregistration fee of Rs 3000 each time you change your test date.

If you wish to cancel your test, you must inform British council at least five weeks before the test that you have registered for. You must return the original receipt at the same time. You will get refund 75% of the test fee.

If you do not attend the test on the date you have registered for without informing British Council, they will not refund any of the test fees.
